In my opinion best episode ever (Christmas) it's nice and Christmassy :) but its sad for all of it until the end when you find out her husband didn't die. But I think Claire skinner could of been a bit better.
  • Amazing!

  • but i clicked buy????

i clicked buy, it debited it to my acount, and then didnt download and now i dont have enough money to buy it!! what the actual fudge??? but its still the best christmas episode yet. I havent proper cried in an episode since rose left. it is so excelent and the acting is superb, so what if its not the scariest one? its a chriatmas special! its where that whole family can huddle together to enjoy something and be reminded to value each other. its perfect in every single way so i would give it 5 stars... but itunes mucked up my transaction >:( so 4 stars will have to do :)
  • Brilliant series

  • True Doctor Who episode, a mad man in a box....with real snow this time

    By Dyfed Jones
I really enjoyed this episode as it was a typical DW story line of old, the Doctor appears and find someone needing help and tries to pick up the pieces then everything goes totally pear shaped and at the end, he pulls a rabbit out of his Fez and saves the day..... For Xmas. Matt Smith was his usual awesome self but what I found strange was to see Clair Skinner's name as the co-star instead of Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill at the beginning credits but typical Steven Moffat's pen, nice twist at the end! (sorry, no spoilers). (please stay Karen and Arthur!!!!!!!!) I admit, the storyline was fairy tailish similar as last year and I guess it was predictable but for Xmas, ideal, helping others, bringing Xmas joy and a make believe fairy tail storyline. Can't finish without mentioning Murray Gold's musical composition for the episode, truly awesome. Fell into the episode well. I can't wait for it to come out as a CD. Definatly worth it and the soundtrack when it comes out......... Geronimo into series 7
  • Paying twice as much for a 1 1/2 minute scene...

    By ajm1701
£1.89 for the episode, or £3.78 for the series, meaning the episode and 1 minute 27 second lead in prequel scene! Is this an itunes oversight or is this deliberate? Its one of the most rediculous things i've seen. Who's going to pay twice as much for a 1 minute 27 scene? The episode itself is ok, its by far not the best thing that's been made under the Doctor Who banner, however it's nice way to spend an hour. Recommended, but not strongly.
  • Not as Good as the others.

I am a huge DW fan but I have to say seeing this episode was not as good. It was good for parts such as the acting but I felt that the plot was not as good. Disappointed.
  • Fantastic!

  • Smith at his best!

Fantastic second Christmas special of the Doctor staring the wonderful Matt Smith. A truly delightful story in the style of its Narnia inspiration. A must for all fans of the show who like well written and performed period Sci Fi drama which this is.
  • How much?!

So the 1.5 min special is worth the same as the episode? Why is iTunes always messing up like this?
