Marriage follows the relationship of long-married couple Ian and Emma as they negotiate the insecurities, the ambiguities, the hopes and the fears, the risks and the gifts of a long-term intimate relationship.
An interesting drama focusing on the fine nuances of familiar relationships
I’m only one episode in, but I’m thoroughly enjoying this slow burn. A quiet and intricate look at family relationships. A piece of writing that would fit well on the boards of a West End theatre.
The spaces in between are most informative. As an observer we can squirm at the awkwardness of a difficult dinner event. We can all identify. Well cast, well written, with an exceptionally interesting theme tune. I recommend to anyone who loves Harold Pinter or Alan Bennett.
30 second episodes ?
Is it just me or are the episodes only 30 seconds long ?
