Description

Having established a secret base on Atollon, the Ghost crew strengthens the rebel fleet by acquiring new resources and recruits eager to stand against the Empire. However, the Imperial efforts to eliminate the rebellion are now being led by the coldly analytical Grand Admiral Thrawn, whose strategic, tactical and cultural insight make him a threat unlike any the rebels have faced before. Ezra and Sabine take on new roles and challenges as the rebels prepare for their biggest mission yet - a direct assault on the Empire!

This is amazing, I love Star Wars series's of any kind, and this is very interesting, and fits well into the storyline of the current Star Wars franchise storyline. Only problem is season pass thingy is dead.

    Best rebels series yet
  • Average cartoon, playing at Star Wars

This is a kids' cartoon, first and foremost; the Star Wars element is merely tacked on. You've got the typical cartoon villains: sour-faced and ugly, voiced by Americans attempting English accents (and failing miserably). The dialogue is also bad... not Episodes I - III bad, but not much better either. The character design is rather plastic looking, but I think that was a stylistic choice. What is less excusable is the terrible animation of the characters (particularly when walking, running or jumping). I'm not expecting motion capture, but I've seen better animation in video games. In terms of plot, the episodes are way too similar: new character introduced that has a problem, main cast go about solving it, one main character learns a moral lesson in the process. In fact, I'm starting to think ending every children's TV show with a moral lesson is enshrined into US law. Nothing interesting or surprising ever happens and there's never any sense of true peril. It's all just bland, repetitive nonsense wearing a Star Wars costume.
  • Great series but UK iTunes Store so slow to release

Great series but the UK iTunes store is very very VERY slow to release new episodes. This is the last series I'll purchase from iTunes as a result.
  • Great but terrible release schedule

Like everyone else said, it's developing into something that can be great, but iTunes UK for some reason has a terrible release schedule. At this stage it is only the last episode remaining, and it should have been available weeks ago. I accidentally changed store to the US, then looked to see if I could download it. I could, but only if I bought it again. Changing back to the UK, it's not available. Time to wait some more.

Season 3 of Rebels is another solid series, not quite the heights of season 2 but well worth a watch. iTunes season pass though needs clarity as to when episodes will release, it 2 weeks behind the tv first air but with mid season breaks it can get confusing, also the weekend just gone should have seen the season finale available, however will still wait. Just at least gives us the date the next will be available please apple, your hardware is pretty sleek and well designed but iTunes is seriously falling behind. Enjoyed Rebels though, well at least until the penultimate episode, pretty sure the season will end well.

Come on iTunes at least complete the series. It's hard enough trying to avoid the spoilers without you guys holding back the last couple of episodes....
  • Awesome show. Dreadful release schedule

Star Wars Rebels is a brilliant show for kids and adults who like Star Wars. The problem is that we are two episodes behind America in terms of release dates.
  • Great show, HORRIBLE release schedule

We all paid for "series 3" -- the entirety of series three. But thus far, we've only received half. Even though additional episodes have already aired, and we've paid for them, iTunes has not delivered. As these episodes have not yet been made available on other U.K. Services, I can only assume Disney is responsible for the release schedule. However iTunes needs to understand if they cannot deliver what has been sold, we will not buy. YOU ARE APPLE. STAND UP TO THE FREAKING MOUSE AND GET AT DECENT RELEASE SCHEDULE -- OR I MIGHT AS WELL JUST WATCH IT ON THE TELLY! Jeez.
