Graham is both gifted and cursed with an extraordinary ability: he can think like his prey, seeing what they see and feeling what they feel. While pursuing an especially troubling, cannibalistic murderer, Special Agent Jack Crawford (Laurence Fishburne) teams Graham with a highly respected psychiatrist - a man with a taste for the criminally minded: Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen). Savor every last moment of Bryan Fuller's beautifully acclaimed thriller with seasons one through three in Hannibal: The Complete Series.

  • Better Than

    By Grumpy109
Whereas Hannibal the movie made Hannibal softer and more human than the books, Hannibal the TV series made Hannibal much more cooler, more vicious, more calculating, and more intelligent than the books. Both the movie and the series take serious detours from Thomas Harris’ original stories. I believe this TV series has a much better twist, and more twisted. Oh, by the way, if you only watch the cooking parts of the show, you could’ve sworn that this was a series of Top Chef Masters or Iron Chef. The cooking is that good!

  • Too much killing

    By Pushba
I liked this show originally. After a few seasons I gave up. Everyone was getting killed left and right. It was hard to figure out who’s still alive. I loved the movies, but found it too easy to get lost watching this show.

This show was ahead of its time. I am really amazed/sad, I didn’t get to obsess over it earlier. While they ended well enough; I hope one day the pick it up again. The years missed definitely could be written into the story line. I need a few more season of Hannibal.
  • Amazing Series

    By Uberman99
One of the best series in the last five years. And I unequivocally prefer Mads’ portrayal of the character over that of Anthony Hopkins. High praise. Great performances by Hugh Dancy, Laurence Fishburne, Gillian Anderson, and Caroline Dhavernas, as well. Great ensemble cast, but the real standout is the tension and relationship between Mikkelsen and Dancy. I wish we could get a fourth season, but it’s pretty miraculous that the series even aired on network TV. A macabre psychological thriller that gave equally exquisite detail to aesthetics and storyline. And both were superlative. Here’s hoping Fuller lands a final season on a streaming platform in the near future.

  • Gory But Amazing

    By asv2471
This show is absolutely fantastic. Yes, it's pretty gory - expected from a show that's about crime and a main character who is a cannibal. But the characterization is absolutely amazing. Mads as Hannibal brings the character to life and in my opinion, is better than Hopkins interpretation. Hugh Dancy as Will Graham adds his own spice to the character that makes him unforgettable. Not to mention all the other fantastic characters like Beverly Katz, Alana Bloom, and Jack Crawford. The show is mindbending and manipulative with beautiful cinematography and food dishes - just don't think about what the meat is.
