Description

Based on the hugely successful Nickelodeon animated TV series, this live-action adaptation is the opening chapter of Aang, the last of the Airbenders. Four nations—Air, Water, Earth, and Fire are held together by destiny until the Fire Nation launches a brutal war against the others. A century has passed with no hope in sight to change the path of this destruction. Caught between combat and courage, Aang discovers he holds the power to manipulate all four elements, and the potential to restore balance to their war-torn world.

First of all they said names rong witch mad me won’t to just stop and take a moment to breathe. But they also made Katara sokka white and there hole entire people. And not to be racist but I don’t like how they made the fire nation indan it’s just not sitting right with me. I know there are way more mistakes but I am to angry to say them all it is a waste of may time.all I have to say is that this movie was dog water

I think M Night Shyamalan was drinking cactus juice while making this film.

Avatar: The Last Airbender is a great show. M. Night Shyamalan is a great filmmaker. Put the two together, and you SOMEHOW get a horrendous screenplay with nonsensical dialogue, virtually no direction, amateur camerawork, some of the worst visual effects ever put to film and acting that is so bad that you will leave the movie questioning your love for cinema. In summary, The Last Airbender is one of the worst films ever made. And it is truly BAFFLING how bad it is. 1.5/10

Ok, the show was amazing, It showed how meaningful and powerful and equal all four elements were. In the movie, the fire benders couldn’t even make their own fire. Ang’s name was Ahng, and the movie made air look like the most powerful element. Zuko’s scar wasn’t impressive and didn’t make him look dangerous, he didn’t have a sister named Azula, his Uncle Irro’s powers were cool because he was actually able to make his own fire, but other then that, he’s basically nothing different from the rest of them. Zuko was also kind of lame, showing he could almost barely not even be able to bend fire and that means, he isn’t Zuko. He wasn’t mean enough to be him either-not the desperate Zuko I know. The earthbenders weren’t quick. (One of the earth benders literally chucked a rock at a fire bender at like, .3 miles per hour. That’s ridiculous. The earthbenders looked like they were the most powerful besides air benders. If I could say only a few words to the people who made this thing, I would say: Mediocre. Failure. Nice job ruining the face of The avatar the last air bender. And the thing that probably disappointed me the most was the fact that there is only book 1: Water. These Lamos must not realize that I out of anyone hate the nightmare before Christmas, and at this rate, I’d watch it two times in a row, even when it has no plot, and it would be a waste of my time, breathing, blinking my eyes, and even my life. So, in case you haven’t gotten the message, at all costs, don’t watch this movie!
