Description

    Just a fun movie. Love the way the movie shows all the different players and who they are. Just shows how much being a TEAM effects the outcome of anything. never miss a viewing when on TV. Mush have seen it 100 times and love it each time.

    It is not a masterful work of art. It is: funny, well acted, heart warming, enjoyable, for gals even more than guys with some brilliantly funny and sweet moments. My go to "make me feel good" movie.

    This is the kind of movie that gets hammered on Rotten Tomatoes because it is formulaic. However, it is well executed and very funny. If you understand that this movie is going to be a light hearted “rag-tag team beats the odds” sports movie, and aren’t hoping for something with deep meaning, you will love it. A great flick that will make you laugh and happy at the end. Isn’t that what a 5-star movie is? 2 hours of great entertainment. Rent this movie, you will be happy with the purchase.

    One of the better Keanu Reeves movies, he does a good, believable job. Hackman makes the movie. This is the Major League of football movies-much better than the Sandlerized version of The Longest Yard. Like ML, stay tuned in when it shows up on the tube. Good stuff

    Not really being a sports or football fan...I think this movie is great. It shows the value of teamwork against all odds, the value of a great leader, and the ability of underdogs to conquer when their heart is in the task at hand
