How to Train your Dragon 2 is a work of art not because of the fast-paced energitc animation that is presented in the film. But the sequel has few suprisies and missfires the magic and brings new characters into the story which is a sweet theme considering how overrated the storyline is but i enjoyed the sequel and many should indeed most people will tear up and cry at the end either way overrated entertaining, fast-paced movie with lots of heart.

Unbelievable. A sequel can actually be breathtaking and tearjerking. See, this is why I like Dreamworks over Disney, not that Disney isn’t good, but there’s one reason in particular. They are CREATIVE!!!!!! For crying out loud, Disney’s most successful stories are remakes of old fairy tales, beautifully done, amazing! But the sequels of Disney films are trash mainly because they have to come up with plots themselves.... and goes straight to dvd. Now let’s try Dreamworks 1. Shrek, amazing hilarious!! One of my fav Dreamworks movies! Shrek 2 , STILL amazing and hilarious maybe even better then the first! Creative on BOTH of them!!! 2. Madagascar: Not as whimsical and beautifully emotional as most movies, but still great fun! Madagascar 2 Still great fun for movie night! How to train your dragon: indescribable. Breathtaking, with its majesty. It has a more mature and an air of mystery to it than most kids movies. How to train your dragon 2: that’s leaves us to this review. I could go on, and on about the first movie, but I digress. The beginning of the film shows you what Berk is like after 5 years and it looks different from the first film in the fact that it has a more... creative flow to it. Color on every surface, the most adorable sheep you’ve ever seen, and of course DRAGONS! I am teased for loving this series because it isn’t COOL. It’s not “fuller house” it’s not “ Taylor Swift” so therefore it must be lame apparently. I’ve never denied the fact that I love this series though. NEVER. I will tell you a story. In my school they show us a movie every month or so to show us appreciation for our hard work, and that month they showed this movie! I was squealing with delight, and after the movie all the cool kids told me,” Girl, you were Right. That is like, a really cool movie” I almost DIED when I heard those words. Soon, a lot of kids really got into it. But now for the actual review... the friendship of toothless and hiccup is indescribable, it can never be broken even if they are away from each other. Yes we’ve all heard the story of the two outcasts becoming friends, but this one is so different. It’s got this air of intrigue and mystery and satisfaction to it. And knowing that hiccstrid is officially engaged... JUST YES!!!!! One of the funniest things is Snotlout and Fishlegs fighting over Ruffnut.😂 However I do ship Rufflout, don’t judge! Now, let’s focus on the villain! Mwhahahahahaah!!!!!!!!! Drago Bludvist is a interesting character who has a sense a danger to him. But I noticed you can see a gleam of sorrow and loneliness in his eye. In fact he is even a better villain than Grimmel, from the third movie. I must say having him using dragons to defeat dragons was a cruel yet devilishly clever twist. I applaud whoever had the idea to have Cate Blanchett do Valka. She captures her personality perfectly. Toothless is cuter than ever, and is really the foundation of the movie. I would not change one thing about this film. The emotions are incredibly mature yet soft somehow and the music, for Thor’s sake, is incredible! A MUST SEE. I know this may sound ironic, but : sorry for the review being so short.😂 But for all the emotions I feel for this franchise, this IS short. Thank you HICCUP!!!! Life on Berk just got a little better
